Our services
Eden Keyholding Services offers an extensive package of services, ranging from keyholding to home management and swimming pool maintenance.
We are happy to put together a tailor-made package for you, based on your specific wishes
Keyholding is the core of our services.
If you cannot always be physically present in Spain, it is reassuring to know that there is always someone nearby to manage your key.
Whether it concerns emergencies or planned work on your house or garden, we open the door and lock the house again. This way you can feel safe at a distance.
If you cannot be in Spain all year round, but would like to have someone keep an eye on things in and around your home, we offer an extensive property management package.
This package includes:
- Inspection of the home: We inspect your home regularly.
- Extra inspection after severe weather: We carry out an extra inspection after severe weather conditions.
- Checking windows, doors and (if present) alarm system: We ensure that everything is safe.
- Flushing all toilets, taps and showers: To prevent problems.
- Airing the home during inspections: For a fresh atmosphere.
- Check for signs of moisture and/or mold problems: We keep an eye on your home.
- Checking for the presence of pests: To avoid unpleasant surprises.
- Mailbox check: We collect your mail.
After each check, we prepare a short report on the status of your home. In addition, we regularly send photos, ranging from any damage to the beautiful view from your home or a flowering tree in your garden.
This way it feels like you are somewhat there.
A swimming pool in your garden is a dream for many people. Enjoy the sun and then cool off in the fresh water of the pool.
But a swimming pool requires regular maintenance to keep it clean and fresh.
We are happy to relieve you of the worries of maintaining your swimming pool so that all you have to do is enjoy your swimming pool.
We offer various packages, from once every two weeks to twice a week, throughout the year or only during the summer season.

Renting out your home while you are not present is of course a nice way to generate some extra income.
We are happy to take care of the reception of guests and check-out when they return home.
We can also take care of the final cleaning for you, this way the house is always ready for your next stay or a next tenant.
If you come to Spain by plane, it can still be nice to have a car here.
We mediate for various car rental companies, in this way we try to find the best possible price for you.

Besides enjoying Spanish life to the fullest, we are also hard workers. We like to ensure that people can leave their home with a good feeling.
